GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It should be ready, commercially available, and your own creation.
Submission of photographs and payment will be done through the online portal only.
Please make sure that all the necessary details are uploaded with the entries.
Multiple entries are allowed.
The entry fee for 'Jewellers Category' is applicable on the number of entries submitted as given below.

1 Entry- ₹ 5000 + GST @ 18%
2 Entries - ₹ 7500 + GST @ 18%
3 Entries - ₹ 9000 + GST @ 18%
More than 3 Entries - ₹ 2500 each + GST @ 18%
More than 10 Entries - ₹ 2200 each + GST @ 18%
More than 20 Entries - ₹ 2000 each + GST @ 18%
Note: Fees are calculated on a progressive slab basis. For example, the first 3 entries cost ₹9,000 in total; thereafter, entries 4–10 are charged at ₹2,500 per additional entry, entries 11–20 at ₹2,200 per additional entry, and entries beyond 20 at ₹2,000 per additional entry.

Upon entry, each participant acknowledges and consents to abide by these Official Rules made by the organizer. The Organizer's rulings are conclusive in all matters concerning these Awards.
The Organizer holds no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, or mutilated. Entry fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed, even if an entry is deemed ineligible or disqualified, unless the competition is canceled or postponed by the Organizer.
Any entries found to be forged or plagiarized will be disqualified. The organizers reserve the exclusive right to reject/disqualify such entries without providing additional explanation at any point of time during the course of the competition.

2. PHOTO FORMAT:

Submit photos or videos of finished jewellery only. Do not send photos of prototypes or CAD drawings.
Jewellery Entries must be submitted on a black or white background only, without any watermark. Creative or model-based photoshoots will not be considered.
All photos must be submitted online along with the entry form. Kindly upload image format jpg, png, jpeg, between 5-10 MB per image.
All videos must be submitted online along with the entry form. Kindly upload the video in mp4 format with a minimum 1080p resolution and between 70-100 MB per file.
The videos should not be model shoots. It must be on a black background only.
Each photo/video must contain only one piece of jewellery; do not include range or collections.
For Bridal categories you can submit multiple pictures for different pieces. Please ensure one picture carries all the pieces, which are part of the bridal set.
You can submit up to 4 different photos of the piece you're entering to highlight the piece from different angles. Indicate your number one photo choice by naming the file "1".
It is suggested that you hire a professional photographer for the shoot so that the intricacy of the piece will be visible.
Make sure you have uploaded the correct files because we cannot replace the copies once it is submitted.
