Terms and Conditions
The Jewellers Entries :
- Please ensure to complete one entry form for each piece entered in every category. Kindly double-check that all fields are filled accurately.
- Each entry must be accompanied by photograph(s) and full payment.
- All details, photograph submissions, and payments should be made through the online portal exclusively.
- Application fees are non-refundable. Please review all information thoroughly before submission.
- Retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, e-commerce entities, brand labels, and goldsmiths from all over India are eligible to apply for the Jewellery Eminence Awards 2026.
- Kindly make sure that the application fee is notably understood by the owner/partner/director of the company.
- Entry fee is applicable on the number of entries submitted as given below.
- 1 Entry- ₹ 5000 + GST @ 18%
- 2 Entries - ₹ 7500 + GST @ 18%
- 3 Entries - ₹ 9000 + GST @ 18%
- More than 3 Entries - ₹ 2500 each + GST @ 18%
- More than 10 Entries - ₹ 2200 each + GST @ 18%
- More than 20 Entries - ₹ 2000 each + GST @ 18%
- Note: Fees are calculated on a progressive slab basis. For example, the first 3 entries cost ₹9,000 in total; thereafter, entries 4–10 are charged at ₹2,500 per additional entry, entries 11–20 at ₹2,200 per additional entry, and entries beyond 20 at ₹2,000 per additional entry.
- *Note: GST @ 18% will be charged extra. One jewellery piece/ set/ pair/ design can participate in one category only. Similar designs, if found, will be disqualified from the awards.
- Multiple entries in one category are allowed but kindly make sure that the same design should not be repeated in the same or other categories (for e.g. Two pieces of Necklaces entered in the Diamond Necklace of The Year category will be marked as two entries separately and separate photos are to be submitted for each entry).
- The participating jeweller must provide evidence that the specific design is their original creation, which should be presented in case of any dispute regarding the design. The decision of the JEA committee will be conclusive and binding.
- To ensure smooth operations, we kindly request your cooperation with the Jewellery Eminence Awards committee regarding the deadlines for the submission of materials/jewellery.
- The Jury of JEA 2026 holds the ultimate authority in determining the award winners. Their decision is final, conclusive, and binding. Winners or any other individuals have no legal or other rights to contest or dispute the jury's decision.
- Jewellers Association or JAS shall not be held legally liable for any property or personal damage or loss arising from any reason whatsoever regarding the Jewellery Eminence Awards 2026.
- All natural (i.e. mined) diamond jewellery must comply with the Kimberley Process system of warranties.
- Please submit photographs of finished jewellery only. Sketches and/or CAD files will not be allowed and should be in the format mentioned in the photo format description.
- The deadline for submission of entries is May 30th, 2026. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Once a submission is made, no additional photographs or copies will be accepted, nor will replacements be permitted.
- The Award categories may be changed/modified/split/merged/increased or cancelled by the Jury based on the number and quality of entries received in each category. Awards management/jury may apply a minimum cap for the category to be awarded to maintain high standards of Awards. This is at the discretion of Awards management/Jury and this cannot be contested in any manner.
- In the event that no Participant in a category is found to be worthy of inclusion by the Jury, the Award category may be cancelled by the Jury. The decision of the Jury in this regard will be final and non-contestable. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
- The jewellery applied for the Awards should be commercially available and own creation. The finalists need to submit the selected jewellery piece by self /courier/registered post at the JAS office, by 16th June 2026.
- Completely filled entry forms and the company's business card is mandatory to be submitted.
The jewellery applied for the Awards should meet the general rules and regulations as well as jewellery category requirements as given below.
- By submitting your entry, you grant the organizer the right and license to reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your entry materials, and portions thereof, in any of its publications in all media and advertising the same, and you represent and warrant:
- Entry materials (other than actual jewellery pieces) will not be returned. That the work depicted in your entry is your own original creation, that organizer's use and publication of your entry materials will not infringe upon or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, any right of publicity, privacy, or other personal right or any law, rule, or regulation.
- That the information provided on your payment form and entry form is accurate and complete.
- That you have obtained all necessary licenses and releases from persons depicted in, or involved in creating (including photographers), your entry materials and listed on your entry form so that the organizer will not incur any obligation or liability to them based upon its use or publication of your entry materials.
- Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or mutilated entries.
- Entry fee is non-refundable and will not be returned (even if your entry is determined to be ineligible or disqualified) unless the competition is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone all or portions of the competition for any or no reasons. If you have submitted an entry for a cancelled or postponed portion of the competition, the organizer will refund your entry fee for that entry within thirty (30) days of any decision to cancel or postpone, and the licenses granted by you to the organizer under these rules for the attached entries will terminate. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to combine selected categories. Taxes and other expenses on the awards are to be borne by the winners. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and by the decision of Organizers is final on all matters regarding these Awards. Awards Participation in the Awards is subject to defined Terms & conditions available on the website.

For Professionals
- Participants can submit entries in the form of Hand-Sketched and Rendered, Procreate, CorelDraw 2D, or 3D CAD.
- Plagiarized designs and any pieces found to have been submitted for any other jewellery design awards will be disqualified immediately.
- The jury's decision will be final and binding.
- An applicant can submit multiple entries in the respective participating category but the applicant needs to fill up separate forms and pay individual entry fees for each piece.
- The sketch should be made on an A4 size sheet. A4 sheet stuck on A3 sheet will also be disqualified.
- Please do not frame or laminate the sketch.
- Attach a separate sheet on the backside of the mounted design with personal details and a description of the design in not more than 50 words. The details should include a side view with measurements, mechanism details if any, materials used, concept, and design story.
- The sketch would have only the participating line on the top front.
- Any notation on the front of the design will render the design automatically disqualified.
- Scanned or emailed sketches to be uploaded on the JAS website, along with the entry form.
- Each entry fee shall be paid online. Entry submission charges are Rs. 1,000 +GST (for Professionals and Artisans)
- Completely filled entry form, designed sketch, Payment receipt, individual ID proof (for Professionals and Open to All) is mandatory to be submitted with the respective entry.
- Delivery of a hard copy of the design on or before 30th May 2026 is compulsory. A hard Copy of the design needs to be sent to JAS Jaipur, 252, Jewellers Association Building, Johari Bazar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

- The sketch must be submitted by self/courier/registered post at JAS office at your own expenses. JAS will not bear any cost.
- Please keep a copy of the Design Entry Sketch, Entry Form with yourself.
- JAS reserves the right to cancel any participant's entry or disqualify any participant at any given point of time.
- JAS is the final deciding authority for the Jewellery Eminence Awards.
- No entries will be accepted beyond the declared submission deadlines.
- All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
- All entry fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Student Category – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to jewellery design students from institutes and independent student designers across India.
- Only manual / hand-drawn jewellery sketches and portfolios are accepted.
- Digital artworks, CAD renders, and AI-generated designs will not be considered.
Submission Guidelines
- Entries can be submitted both Online and Offline.
- Students may submit coloured photocopies or printed sheets of their design portfolio/sketches.
- Original sketches should be retained by the participant.

Shortlisting & Showcase
- Shortlisted entries will be displayed at an exclusive gallery during JAS: The Premium B2B Show 2026.
- The exhibition will take place on 3rd-4th-5th July 2026.
- Winning entry will receive the award and certificate and industry exposure opportunities.

General Terms
- JEA reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, or disqualify any entry.
- Any incomplete or incorrect submission may be disqualified.
- Decisions of the jury and organisers will be final and binding.
- JAS/JEA reserves the right to use shortlisted entries for display, promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes with due credits.
- Participation implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.
- All disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.

JURY
The Jewellery Eminence Awards, commenced by the Jewellers Association Show will hold a panel of echelons comprising renowned personalities from the world of Jewellery, Fashion, Design, and Society to evaluate the designs.
